When you request a walkthrough, we collect your contact information, company name, facility location, and cleaning needs. When you apply, we collect your contact information, location, area of interest, availability, relevant experience, and any resume you choose to upload.
How we use it
ECSS Group uses inquiries to discuss and assess requested services. We use applications to consider candidates for suitable opportunities and contact them about their interest. Your submission does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Uploaded resumes are stored separately and are available through a restricted team inbox. Hosting providers process this information to operate the website. When email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider processes the recipient address and confirmation or alert message. Resumes and application details are not attached to notification emails.
Retention and requests
ECSS Group reviews submitted information for its business and recruitment purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion of your submission, contact contactus@ecssgroupllc.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where required for legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Information to leave out
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive information that is not needed to respond to your inquiry or application.
Website assistant
The automated assistant answers common questions using ECSS’s published website information. Chat questions are processed in your browser and are not saved or sent to our team or an external AI service. The conversation clears when you reload or leave the page. To request follow-up, submit the contact or application form. Please keep personal or sensitive information out of the chat.
Website functionality
This website does not use marketing trackers. Restricted team access uses authentication provided by the hosting platform, which may use cookies for sign-in. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
